Although there will always be an element of luck when renting a villa, we firmly believe that hard work and new ideas are essential if the venture is going to be successful.

We have been renting our home in Florida since 2001 and we are proud to say that we have achieved in excess of 40 weeks bookings each year since and already have 25 confirmed weeks for 2006. During this time we have had some bad luck with cancellations etc and we have had our share of good fortune by filling those "frustrating" weeks in our availability calendar. Overall we have done well and, as a new member of the Premier Vacation Rentals "family", we could help you achieve the same results.

Unlike some Management Companies, we do not offer guarantees or promises with respect to bookings. What we do offer is to provide you with the literature that we send to our guests and to offer advice if required.

In addition to the above documentation, we can also provide you with a bookings calendar (excel spreadsheet) to assist you in keeping up to date with your bookings.

As you can see the list of documents is extensive and has taken over four years of fine tuning to get them just right. You can of course amend any of the documents to suit your own ideas and tastes.

Although the documents are provided to enable you to be self-sufficient in runing your rental business, we will continue in our quest to find you additional bookings (no promises) and to be on hand if you require advice or assistance with any of the documents.

In order to receive everything shown above, all we ask is that you allow us to look after your home and guests for one year. If you decide after this period that you would like to "move on", you are welcome to keep all the documentation with our best wishes.

We are able to make this unbelievable offer because we know that your home and guests will be looked after the way you wish and we feel confident that you will stay with us beyond the one year period.
